We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Please note:

  • A flat processing fee of USD 10 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Any duties or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of customer

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that our standard return conditions, including the USD 10 processing fee and customer responsibility for return shipping (where permitted by applicable law), apply as disclosed at the time of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. A USD 10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
